These terms define the professional relationship between you and Onyx Agency. We are a boutique operations consultancy - not a law firm, not a medical provider, and not a generic software reseller. We architect intake, booking, and revenue systems for calendar-heavy businesses. Read them once; they are written to be understood.

The service
Onyx Agency provides consulting, automation design, calculator tools, and demonstration experiences through onyxagency.pro. Unless a separate signed statement of work exists, nothing on this site constitutes a binding project commitment.

Calculator and demo tools
Revenue projections, confidence scores, and system demos are educational models. They are not financial, legal, or clinical advice. Actual results depend on your operations, market, and implementation discipline.
You agree not to misuse tools for automated scraping, reverse engineering, or competitive cloning of our logic engines.
Engagements
Paid work begins only after mutual written agreement (proposal, scope, or contract). Timelines, fees, and deliverables are defined there - not on this website.
You are responsible for accuracy of information you provide. We rely on your inputs to scope roadmaps.
Intellectual property
Site content, Onyx Facet branding, calculator narratives, and demo flows remain our property unless assigned in a project agreement. Client-owned data and CRM records stay yours.
Confidentiality
Information shared during audits or calculator submissions is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mutual NDAs may apply for deeper engagements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on projections. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros if no fees were paid.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect tools temporarily.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised in good faith via admin@onyxagency.pro.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
